No. Our products do not contain any chemicals. Our products are developed from a combination of plant-based unrefined, organic, kosher, and non-gmo ingredients. The ingredients do not contain parabens, water, alcohol, mineral oils, sulfates or chemical preservatives.

When developing the products, our founder was looking to make the healthiest, most nourishing products, absent of the poisons and chemicals found in most store-bought products. Our founder brought the same formulas and ingredients she trusted to be healthy for her family to yours.

Some of our products do contain essential oils. If you have sensitivities to essential oils, be cautious. We do not share the proprietary blend of essential oils that we use in our products.

All of our products are designed to nurture the skin, as well as the hair. You may use the products at your own discretion on either the hair or the skin. We recommend using the products as they are designed and testing for yourself to see if irritation or adverse results happen when making use of the products other than as designed.

Before using any of the products, especially if you have sensitive skin, test the products in an inconspicuous area to see if there is any reaction. We have not had any reports of adverse effects or allergic reactions; however, everyone’s different and sensitivities are different. Please test the products first and if you have a reaction, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider or emergency center if necessary.

As a company, we would also like to hear from you if this happens. While we do not expect customers to have any adverse reactions, we are aware that things can happen and allergies are real. We would like to talk to you personally to see if there are any tweaks that we need to make in consideration of you, as well as, others in our product development. Perhaps we can create an alternative product, at some point, that is absent of the ingredient that may have caused the reaction. Your feedback would help greatly in making those adjustments.

While our products are designed with ingredients that are known to stimulate growth, we do not guarantee hair growth. Our experiences, feedback and picture results from clients have demonstrated our products absolutely have the ability to produce these amazing results; however, again, all people are different. 

Keep in mind, hair maintenance and care are a collaborative effort in the goal of hair growth. Keeping a healthy hair routine and nourishing your hair with our products can help you with getting the results you desire.

If we are honest, as a small business, we tend to pay more for the ingredients we utilize in our products because we are not purchasing cheap ingredients to mass produce our products.

Like many companies, we could mass produce a cheap white labeled product and line of shampoos; however, that would defeat the purpose and design of our products.

Unlike many shampoos found in stores, our shampoos are oil-based and are designed to nourish and moisture the hair, rather than stripping the hair of its nutrients. We have not found shampoos like ours on the market even after 11 years of making them.

For us, the price difference also relates to what you are wanting to achieve with a shampoo. Do you just want to wash your hair or nourish your hair? That may be the real difference.

Again, that is a call you should make. The shampoos are designed to leave moisture in rather than taking moisture and nutrients out. Our founder has never used a conditioner with the shampoos and designed it as such; however, you as an individual may still want to use one.

We currently do not sell conditioners because the shampoo was designed to cleanse and condition simultaneously. 

It all comes down to ingredients. Our founder developed the product for her father, initially, and had in mind to choose high quality ingredients that would nurture the skin and hair, would not clog pores and would stimulate growth. She also wanted to be sure the product would not leave residue, create buildup, attract dirt and lint or appear oily. 

The “King of” Beard Oil was designed to be long-lasting. Of all the beard oils, its scent is the most powerful and tends to last for several hours throughout the day.

And again, this product was created for a Melanated man and purchased for years by Melanated men, even after dissolving Kinky Klassiks . Our feedback from these men is consistent. They have not found other beard oils on the market that do what our beard oil does for their beards.

We absolutely do. Currently, we are able to offer our beard oil collection for wholesale. We have a minimum order of 6 bottles. We do not mix the products to equal 6 bottles. So, in other words, if you place a wholesale order for beard oil, you would choose the scent you want and the number of batches you want. Each batch consists of 6 bottles of the same scent.

Yes, you absolutely can. We are able to ship a package of 3 (1ml) samples for free; however, we do require you to pay for shipping. The pack of three includes all of the current scents for the Beard Oil Collection: The “King of” Beard Oil, Queen’s Castle and Warm Knights.

Currently, we do not offer samples for any of our other products; however, from time to time, we do include free samples in orders we are shipping out. We are a small family-owned business, so we typically do not have excess products on hand to sample.

Absolutely not. All of our products are handcrafted at our family-run facility. We do not believe in white labeling any of our products because most manufacturers will not share in our unique design and philosophy of healthy ingredients.

All of our products are pure and rich in nutrients. There are not any fillers or harmful chemicals in our products which would reduce their value and/or unalign with our philosophy.

To put it simply… COVID. Covid disrupted our production. 

Our founder was concerned about contaminating products and potentially getting families sick. During this time, the idea of rebranding the products under a different name, with different labels was conceived; however, it took some time and coercion from local clients who continued to purchase the products off label to persuade our founder to begin production of the products again.

So, while the name has changed, the formulas, the care, the concern, as well as the philosophy behind the products has not.

As of now, we picked the top 4 items that were in high demand when we sold products under Kinky Klassiks. Those 4 products included our top tier beard oil which originally was only the “King of” Beard Oil. We added two new scents to the collection because we recognize men need and want options too! The other 3 products are the Almond Biotin Stimulator Shampoo, the Peppermint Shampoo and the Hair Butter.

Some have asked will we offer the hair whip again. We may in the future. Some prefer the consistency of the hair whip because the hair butter is thick. In the past, the hair butter outsold the hair whip.
