RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
At HealThyself Hemp, we stand behind our products 100%. We pride ourselves on quality and do several checks before shipping products out. We also take great care with packaging your order to prevent damage. Due to the nature of our business and the products we supply, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Some of our hair products are made at the time you place an order to preserve the shelf life of the product. Due to this fact, once we have produced your order, we are not able to provide a refund and we are not able to do an exchange.
Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged, we ask that you immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) take photos and notify us of the damage. If the shipping package is also damaged, please take pictures. Every package is insured up to $100. We cannot resolve issues with damage due to shipping negligence without proof. Help us by providing us with proof. This way neither of us is at a loss. Please email us the photos along with your order number and we will begin the process of replacing your order.
During the summer months, products can liquefy during shipping or while waiting to be picked up from a porch area, depending on the region in which you live. If you see a product has liquefied, before using the item, place it in a cool area or refrigerator and allow it to solidify. We package all of our hair butter orders with a small freeze pack to aid in keeping your item cool while in transit. These packets do not stay frozen, but we do try by adding the packets to your order. Sometimes, the consistency of the butter products can be altered by liquefying; however, it does not affect the benefits of the product. In the past, we rarely had this happen with our products. We are unable to provide refunds for minor changes in the consistency of the product or for graininess. The graininess , if it happens, can be corrected by allowing the product to fully melt on a low temperature, stirring it and allowing it to cool in the refrigerator. Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If we have not prepared your item, we will immediately make a refund. Your trust is important to us. We will always be honest about the status of the preparation. We try to get orders out within 2 days, so please let us know as soon as possible. You can email a cancellation request to info@healthysefhemp.com or you can also text 346.877.1562 with your name, order number and cancellation request.
Shipping Address Corrections and Delivery
Please be sure your shipping address is correct on your order. If we have not shipped your item, we can make corrections. If you find an error in the shipping address, please contact us immediately, so we can assist with making the necessary adjustments. We ask that you send the new address in writing to our email address along with your name and order number. We will copy and paste the address as you have revised it, to prevent errors on our end with transcribing.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any corrections. Sometimes the shipper can assist with the change, but once it has left our hands, we are no longer able to make adjustments. In the case that this happens, we are also unable to provide a refund or an exchange. If the error is due to an issue on our end, we will gladly replace your order.
