Shipping Made Simple

We know you’re excited to start your journey with HealThyself Hemp, and we’re here to make sure your products arrive quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and are shipped out using either of our two shipping options: USPS Priority Shipping or USPS Ground. All in all, you should see your products within 5 to 6 business days.

  • How soon can I expect my goodies?

    We will have your order filled in 1 - 3 days. Once we have filled the order, it will be packaged up for delivery. Give USPS up to 3 – 6 business days to make the delivery, depending on the delivery option you select. During the holiday seasons, we can get overwhelmed as a small company and this may cause a slight delay. If this happens, we will do our very best to contact you ahead of time or place a message on the website to indicate if we are delayed with order processing.

  • What shipping options do you offer?

    HealThyself currently offers two shipping options: USPS Priority Mail Shipping and USPS Ground Shipping. According to USPS, their Priority Mail packages arrive within 1 - 3 business days and their Ground packages arrive within 4-5 business days. We do not guarantee their delivery times, but we have found this estimate to be pretty accurate.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We charge a flat rate for shipping on all orders under $100. If you choose USPS Ground Shipping, you will be charged $11.40 for shipping. If you choose USPS Priority Mail Shipping, you will be charged $18.40 for shipping.


    For all orders over $100, we provide USPS Ground Shipping for free. You can opt for the Priority Mail Shipping and pay a flat rate of $18.40. Honestly, the shipping time is about the same. USPS’s Priority Mail Shipping used to be 2 days, but it’s not anymore. If you are super excited to get the products a day sooner, then go for it! We’d rather save you money and send it for free! 😊

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    No. We currently do not ship internationally, but we do hope to in the future.

  • What if my order is delayed?

    If your order is delayed, don’t worry! We’re here to help. Reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll assist you in tracking it down.
  • Can I change my shipping address?

    If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you realize there is an issue. We can update your address if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
